We’ll start on the floor to find our breath, harness our pelvis, and engage our core. Then we’ll rejuvenate the body through active and flowing sequences. There will be some opportunities for handstand play – only if you want to! The main goal for this class is to balance out the negative habits and override patterns. We’ll do poses and transitions that help you cultivate better posture, mobility, and overall joy. This class will have plenty of cueing and is great for all levels.
