WORKOUT NAME: UNCLE
“UNCLE” is the newest workout challenge to the Stronger and Faster arsenal. Do you have the strength and the will?! Or will this workout have you crying “UNCLE?!” This workout consists of circuits of two exercises at a time: a primary movement (a strength movement) and a second movement (a cardio or power movement). Complete the assigned reps of the primary movement, then finish the minute with the secondary movement. Circuits consist of 5 rounds, 60 seconds per round. The required equipment for “UNCLE” consists only of a jump rope, a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a weight plate.
