Does my All-Access ticket get me into everything?

Yes! You will check-in on Saturday at 21c Museum Hotel prior to Dinner with Roots. You will get a wristband and that will get you into all events.

Where is Dinner with Roots?

21c Museum Hotel in the 2nd Floor Galleries. Enter the main entrance and go up the elevator or stairs to get to the dinner. Dinner with Roots starts with a cocktail half hour and we will all sit at 6:30. 21c Hotel’s address is: 111 N Corcoran St, Durham, NC 22701

How do I sign up for a class?

After you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email invite to join, our online scheduling platform. In the email you will find your Sched login information.

You can login to your Sched account from or Once logged into your Sched account, you can pick and choose three Wellfest classes. These include: one Speakeasy lecture and two of your own choosing.

Due to limited space in each class, we recommend that you sign up in advance to reserve your spot. Once you are signed up for a class, you can view your itinerary by clicking on the profile icon to the left of “Schedule”.

Do I need ID, money or my credit cards at WellFest?

YES! ID’s are required! You need to be 18+ to get into all WellFest Events. If you want to drink cocktails, then you need an ID and to be 21+.
We have really amazing health based vendors coming to WellFest! Shop and experience our vendors, foot trucks, flower shop and restaurants on campus!

Where do I park for Silent Disco and Dinner with Roots?

In the paid Unscripted Hotel parking lot adjacent to 21c Museum Hotel. The parking garage does charge per hour. There is also paid street parking available for up to 2 hours. Unscripted Durham Hotel parking garage – 202 Corcoran St, Durham

What is the dress code for the events?

Silent Disco and Dinner with Roots is smart casual. And, WellFest’s dress code is athletic wear.

Where do I park for WellFest?

We suggest the American Tobacco Campus’ South Deck at 705 Willard St.

Will there be food at WellFest?

Yes, there will be two food trucks – Mr. Mongolian and Soul Fresh Spring Rolls. Saladelia and Mellow Mushroom will both be open and are on American Tobacco’s Campus.

Will there be water at WellFest?

Yes! Every ticket holder will get a University Kia refillable water bottle. We have water dispensers and water fountains around the campus. And through our partnership with Coca-Cola Durham Bottling, we will have bottles of water and Body Armor Energy Drink available for pick up.

What should I expect at the Happiest of Hours?

When you check-in at WellFest (for All-Access on Saturday night or for day passholders at the Down Under on Sunday) you will receive two drink tickets. Ketel One Botanical is sponsoring the Happiest of Hours and they’ll offer the option for you to choose your Botanical flavor cocktail. We’ll have live music, a Fireside Flower Truck so that you can purchase a bouquet and we’ll have some fun games. Don’t forget your ID! We will be carding!

Where is check-in for WellFest?

We will have check-in tents right outside of the South parking Deck in the Down Under. Please bring your ticket, in a paper or on your phone. We will give you a program and review your pre-registered class agenda and share with you where they are. Please give yourself 20 minutes to park, check-in and grab your University Kia swag bags!

What is Sched?

Sched is the online platform Wellfest uses to manage class scheduling. Every ticket purchased is linked to a Sched account so that each ticket holder can pick and choose their perfect Wellfest itinerary.

Can I bring my family with me?

American Tobacco Campus is an open and public space. However, ticket buyers must be 18+ years old to attend classes. All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times and please be mindful of other festival members that are meditating and rejuvenating around you.

What do I need to bring?

Yoga mat
Photo ID – there is a Happiest of Hours cocktail event at the end of the day. To partake, you must have your ID on you.
Reusable water bottle – There are water fountains located in Bay 7 and beverage coolers from our sponsors, but please stay hydrated!
Layers – this is a rain or shine event and some classes are in AC and outside, so be prepared
Suncreen – protect your skin!
Hat – again, protect your skin!
Sunglasses – protect your eyes!
Small backpack – to carry your belongings.

Will there be a place to keep my things?

YMCA is offering a limited number of lockers in their locker room, but plan on carrying your things.

Can I get a refund?
All tickets are nonrefundable.
Are there showers on-site?
There are a couple showers available in the YMCA space that our attendees have access to and they are providing towel service.
Is WellFest open to all ages?
WellFest classes are open to ages 18+.
Is WellFest open to the community?

The Mindful Market in Bay 7 and the YMCA’s Red Rover Fitness Truck will be available to ticket holders and the community at large. We welcome the community to check us out!

Are WellFest fitness classes open to different levels of fitness, ages, etc.
Every class is ranked beginner, intermediate, advance. WellFest strives to offer classes for every age 18+ and every level. Teachers are asked to offer different level options. WellFest encourages you to listen to your body and go at your speed!
