Drive through and pick up your cooking supplies and swag bag at University Kia in Durham on October 3 from noon-3pm, then prepare a dinner for two with a virtual cooking class at home that evening! Learn expert tips and tricks to creating an entirely gluten-free and health-focused dinner featuring fresh produce by Hungry Harvest and a sustainable protein dish from Firsthand Foods. First course: Corn and arugula salad with a sherry vinaigrette
Second course: Firsthand Foods pork chop or eggplant steaks (vegetarian option), butternut squash spoon bread, roasted Brussels sprouts with onion jam and mushroom ragu accouterments
